helloooo! my name is apollo (or enj) and i'm sixteen and very fixiated on les misérables! i have autism and bpd, and les mis has been my special interest for about 4+ years! i am particularly very fixiated on enjolras and grantaire (but more so enjolras). i draw majority of the time, but maybe i'll upload other creatives i have! besides les mis, i also love: the outsiders, tptm, sig games (particularly dead plate), greek myth, classics, and musicals

victor hugo was insane for comparing the character who's the personification of the revolution and the character representative of cynicism to achilles & patroclus and orestes & pylades... much like how patroclus and pylades do not have an identity outside being the companion of the other, cynicism cannot exist without belief. when hugo says only in enjolras' presence does grantaire become someone and that his moral backbone leaned on firmness it's like. cynicism leans on belief in order to be what it is. so grantaire is literally the "reverse, the obtuse, the wrong side" of enjolras. his name is a sequel because cynicism itself is a sequel to belief...
