No Man’s Sky

A little update regarding the No Man’s Sky content - I don’t know if I will be able to do videos on it in the future. At least not in the normal way... Some of you might know that the PC launch was horrible, at least the performance was/is. Until they fix that I am playing with 30-60 FPS which wouldn’t be too bad and you wouldn’t even notice it if I would upload 30 FPS videos. BUT there are many random FPS drops. These would be noticeable, so until they don’t fix that I could only do my videos in another way. But what I didn’t expect was that although it has these performance problems I am still enjoying it and already gathered five hours of playtime. The other way would be to use screenshots and tell a story about the things I was experiencing. I toyed with that idea before, but I am not sure if I want to do it that way. Let’s see how frequent they will update the game over the next few weeks.

My YouTube Channel - No Man’s Sky

About My YouTube Channel

I know, I didn’t upload anything in a while. At first I started my channel to do english videos, to learn to speak better english and because i thought it was fun to try something new.

So I dicided to do a full Dark Souls Series playthrough, because soon Dark Souls 3 would release. It was fun to play Dark Souls 1 and I finally managed to beat it after years of sorrow.

After that I wanted to play through Dark Souls 2. I lost some recordings and got burned out on starting over and over again, so I didn’t upload Dark Souls 2. Dark Souls 3 came out, I played it, I recorded it, I had fun, I didn’t upload it for some reason.

Shortly after that I started to play Minecraft again and had fun with it. Thats when I thought: “Man, I really should do some Minecraft videos!”. I did, then I lost interest in it again...

No Man’s Sky

So as you already can see, I don’t really know what happens in the future with my YouTube channel. I am really excited for No Man’s Sky and thought: “Hey it could be interesting to do some kind of explorer’s diary!”. But I don’t really know if this will be a thing on my channel.

The reason behind my interest in doing an explorer diary is that you may only be able to see a planet or creature one time, because you may never go back to that planet. So I wanted to create some kind of memory for myself that I can look at later and also share the creatures I discover on my journey, wherever it might lead me to, with the rest of the world.

TL;DR: I don’t know if something happens with my YouTube channel in the future, if something happens it will be No Man’s Sky related content, some kind of “Explorer’s Diary”.
