“Actually no, I’ve never had it before but it’s always great for trying something new.” She admitted. Lena watched the boy’s hand before declaring “Stop!”.

Marco smiled widely to himself at her comment. “You’ll love it! And that’s a great attitude towards new things!” When he heard the girl call out his hand came to a halt. Uncovering his eyes, he leaned forward reading the package that he had just selected. “Ooo Pouchong! It’s one of my favorite Oolongs!”

“I’m a fourth year,” she informed him, frowning as he kept talking.  She knew that she was coming down to the nitty gritty, but her last project had taken up more time than she had planned.  And, this one just had to be perfect if she wanted to keep her A average in that class.  “I most certainly am not a poor student!  I’m just trying to make sure that this is perfect in every way it can be.”

Marco raised his eyebrows at her. How was it that he had he never seen her before if they were in the same year? He didn’t worry too much about it since he attention was changed to the girl becoming defensive. “I don’t know about that.. By this point, if you were a good student, you’d know how to work and space your time out properly.”

Lena followed the boy and sat on a stool, listening carefully to all the choices she could take.”I think I’ll go with Snowy Mountain Jian, please.” She laughed at how many the boy could list.

“Ooo Snowy Mountain Jian! That’s a fabulous choice, it’s got a great body!” He snatched a pack from the organized rows. “Have you ever had it before? It’s full flavored and it tends to be herbaceous with satisfying sweetness.” Marco blabbered on as he set the tea kettle, that he had brought with him, to boil. Once he had done so, he covered his eyes with one hand and waved the other other over the chest. “Tell me when to stop.” He told the girl as he blindly pointed to different sections and types. “The one I land on is the one I shall have.”

“My project for English,” she said, holding up her half finished work.  “I had hoped to finish it up and leave it in here for class tomorrow, but I’m starting to worry that it might not be done in time.”

“Project for English?” Marco made a face. “What year are you in?” Although Marco tend to be a bad student he still worried about his grade and at the mention of a project made him worry if he had forgotten to do anything himself. “I see-” He leaned in to get a closer look at her work. “It is quite late already, and you really don’t have much done. What a poor student you must be. Leaving it till now..” He half joked, giving her a disapproving look.

“Tea does have restorative properties. I’m glad I switched from coffee back to tea. Enjoying the reunion so far?”

“Ah, tea is by far better than coffee! A smart choice you made!” Marco nodded his head excitedly. “It’s great to be able to walk around here again! And It’s fantastic to see how we’ve all aged!”

“I don’t really wanna think about a bunch of adults being busy, thank you,” she grimaced a bit, before shaking herself off and leaning forward to look at the picture. “Oh, I think I saw them…near the dining hall? You should check around that area…most of the parents are there, like my…Quasi,” she murmured, about to say something else.

Marco tried to suppress a laugh at the girl’s reaction to his comment. “Dining hall? Hmm, seems a bit accurate.” He was about to thank the girl and be on his way when he heard her correct herself. “Quasi? Like Quasimodo?” He asked excitedly.

“That is a good thing indeed.” She smiled up at him. “How did I get so lucky to have you?”

“Why that’s a fabulous question! How did you get so lucky?”

Lena squealed and giggled when her husband twirled her around. “Well I’m not complaining. Your energetic personality is what made me fall in love with you in the first place.”

“Well, I guess it’s a great thing that I always refused to take my medicine!” He paused. “And that I still do...”

“—everyone says we look old, but I think we just aged gracefully.”

“I couldn’t agree more! I think we all look pretty freakin’ good for our age! .. It was probably the tea..”

“Sorry, can’t help you. Too many wives and sons around here,” Lea said curtly, before twitching her nose. “—okay, wait, do you have a picture?”

Marco began to nod understandingly. “There really are a lot of people around here. And lots of kids. Damn, has everyone been busy.” He let out a loud laugh and shook his head. “Oh uh- yeah, I think I might.” He reached into his back pocket and pulled out an old pocket watch and opened it up. Inside was a folded up picture of Lena and their son, Zack.

“I can’t say I do, sorry. What’s she look like? I can help you find them,” Jubileena offered with a shrug.

“Oh well she’s not too tall, but she’s got long dark hair and the most brilliant eyes.” Marco laughed “And she’s a bit quite, which is ironic since I’m usually the loudest one in the room.”

“Well if you ever find my husband, you’d have to let me know. He’s very dashing, and energetic. Although he seems like he has one too many Pixy Sticks.” She laughed.

Marco let out a laugh. “One can never have too many Pixy Stix, my dear!” He grabbed her hand an twirled her around.

“No, I haven’t.” Fortunately, she added to herself. “But maybe I’ll let you know if I do. Of all the traits your son had to inherit, why did it have to be that one?”

Marco rolled his eyes slightly when he heard the voice of the other. “Amanda, lovely to see you.” he laughed off her snide comment and just shrugged his shoulders. “I think the kid has inherited some pretty wicked traits from both his mother and I.”

“Great job, dude. Who’s your wife, exactly?”

Marco laughed and just shrugged at her comment. “Uh- Lena. I’m not sure if you know her, or not.”

“Have I seen your wife? Hmmm, I don’t know. Have I?” She joked.

[marcoharen]

“I have no clue if you have. She’s quite beautiful though so I doubt you’d miss her.” Marco joked back.

"Cameron!” Alice called after her son, who had already taken the first chance he had gotten to run off. She couldn’t blame him of course, the boy had her natural curiosity. However, her mood dropped the second she saw Cameron walk up to a random person and tap them on the shoulders “"Hi I’m Cameron and my mum said I’m not to run off but I did.” He beamed at the person.

After feeling a tap on his shoulder, Marco turned, looking down at the boy. He let out a loud laugh at his words. “Well hello there Cameron.” He leaned down to the boy’s height before whispering. “I’d do the same thing. This place is pretty wicked to explore.”

“They no longer sell yummy chocolate peanut butter cups in vending machine. Who did this? I shall put them on naughty list.”

“Wait they stopped selling Reeses? Why on Earth would they do that? Man, I really hope they still have Pixy Stix...”
