I adore the vibe of an orange door storage place. Every time I am here I always want to photograph. 🤣 Finally cleaning out a random storage unit that we got for my son to hold props ( he’s an amazing production designer 🎥) and eventually it just turned into a junk drawer with a roll up door. So today the junk guys came. And all the random things with all the random memories are gone. Weird and good feeling. Time marches on. 26 years and 5 days ago I meet a guy on a business trip to NYC. We had dinner and stopped by Club Macanudo for a drink. He had a box there. I got the key. 😉I went home to Calif. came back few weeks later. The next day we cut thru Central Park on our way to get Chinese food and asked a stranger to take our pic in front of some very early blooming cherry blossoms. He asked me to marry him in the jewelry store the next day. And one year later we got married. We’ve moved cross country a few times. Owned a few houses. Raised two ridiculously amazing humans, bought a million cars, felt the grief of losing our dads. And generally navigated life and the world together.
