I’ve been stressing out the last couple of days, listening to other’s comments about my photos. Although they were all helpful, I found myself more concerned with what others will think about my work. It took the fun out of my hobby. Starting today, I will still listen to other’s comments about my work BUT I won’t let it get to me. JUST KEEP SHOOTING SHANE!

Day 4: STRUGGLE IS REAL

I cannot emphasize this enough: BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY. If you eat right then you would be less compelled to crave for junkfoods.😭 I ate like 5 Iced Gems snack. 😭 And I ate rice for lunch. STRUGGLE is SO FREAKING REAL.😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

…….along with about 10pcs of pringles, 6 chips ahoy cookies and I had rice with my lunch yesterday.😭😭😭😭😭

Drink for the day:

Decided to change my “unsweetened cranberry juice” to Manuka honey instead since I’m not a 100% sure that it’s unsweetened.

There are A LOT of health benefits from using Manuka Honey. I got the info above from draxe.com.

If you can’t find this type of honey then any type of organic honey will do.

Seven day challenge: Day 2.

Just finished exercising.

20 leg raises 20 crunches 25 Squats 20 sit ups 20s plank and 25 minute jog (Jog: 30s, Sprint: 10s, and 3 mins walk)

Day 1 of my make-shift detox drink that’s supposed to help me lose weight in 7 days.

Ingredients are as follows: 1. 8 oz of pure distilled water 2. 1 pack of Dandelion root tea (But I used the Organic Root Tea because it was all I could find) 3. 1 tbsp. unsweetened cranberry juice (I don’t know if the Del Monte one is unsweetened or not) 4. 2 tbsp of lemon juice

Procedure:

Boil 8 oz of pure distilled water and steep the tea for atleast 10 minutes. Discard the teabag, mix all of the ingredients together, and drink the entire mixture everyday for seven days.

I currently weigh 80 kgs or 176 lbs (don’t judge me 😭) My current BMI is: 29.3 😭

Goal weight is: 149 lbs.😭😭😭😭😭😭

Let’s see how much weight I lose in 7 days!!! Fingers crossed.
