My youngest daughter was telling me that I should get some company. I couldn’t help but laugh because I thought she meant go out and find a man to keep me company. Turns out that wasn’t what she meant. She was talking about getting me getting a dog. I hadn’t really thought about that. But now I am thinking it is a good idea. I am not sure what kind though.

Who says you can’t have a dog and a man to keep you company? No but really, a dog is a good idea especially if you’re by yourself. I recently got divorced so I’m living on my own for the first time in a while so I’ve been thinking about getting myself a pet, too.

margotrobbie today i watched my best friend (hi brie!) marry one of my other favourite people (hi jake!). i couldn’t be happier for these two beautiful people. i’ve had the privilege of seeing these two fall in love and raise a beautiful family together. it’s the real thing and i can only hope to find a love like it one day. now, time to get wine drunk!! find me at this table or on the dance floor all night.

i went out yesterday to get a few things then i noticed this guy was checking me out. i asked him if he needed something and he asked for my name, which i told him my first name and he just nodded and smiled before calling me beautiful then be just, left. it was nice actually over being super hit on by some guy or girl. what’s been your best experience with being hit on?

That’s actually really nice. It’s rare that you’ll actually get a guy being respectful like that. Not that it doesn’t happen but most of the guys that hit on me are just... not nice. I had a nice encounter with a guy politely asking for my number and not being psycho when I told him I wasn’t interested.

oh god i fear i’ve already made on to your “wanted” list due to the fact that i am probably the only person alive who is yet to see it. so really i can not state my opinion on anything. yet at least. don’t worry– i’ll be packing my bags and move far far away in to a little cottage somewhere and only come out once i’ve seen it. but hey the rock tumbler thing sounds awesome. i heard it take weeks to get it finished though? like do you really have the patience for that? i would want my rocks smooth after a couple of hours. or maybe there are different ones. 

Romee, come on! How have you not seen it yet? Although, I admit it did take me a while to give in and finally watch it but the moment you do you get hooked. It’s such a trainwreck. The moment you watch it we can become best friends, I promise. Yeah, it can take from anywhere starting a week to a few months but I’m willing to test my patience just to see what happens. Maybe I’ll find a diamon in there or something. That’s probably not how this stuff works but who knows.

Where we all standing on Carole Baskin killing her husband and feeding him to the tigers or putting him in the septic tank? I will only accept friendship from those of you who agree that she did it. It’s the only right answer. Also, in other news while I very obviously have a lot of spare time, I bought a rock tumbler which means I’m starting a rock collection.
