The San Bartolome Apostol Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church in Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines. Its titular is St. Bartholomew and its feast day is celebrated every August 24. Nagcarlan Church, also called San Bartolome Apostol Parish Church, was first built using light materials like nipa and wood in 1583. Father Tomas de Miranda, its first priest, dedicated the church to Saint Bartholomew. Fr. Miranda was also known for introducing the cultivation of wheat in the country.
However, San Bartolome Apostol Church is known as one of the oldest and historical churches in Laguna Province. It is a popular destination for tourists and pilgrims who want to explore its rich cultural heritage and religious significance.
