‘My Mother River’ is base on the Pearl River from my hometown Guangzhou.

Made a video that can see the result of the ‘mirror building’. ( Just a test video, did not have background music).

Oli helps me fix the problem of mirror material. After rendered the building is changeable by the people, pets, car, weather and anything go through of it.

After render, i find the texture dose not look like mirror. And it can't reflect anything.

This is how ‘My River’ building looks like.

I combine the shape of ‘My Land’ building( skinny waist).

The special design of the wall is for reflecting the moving things on the ground.

This virtual pool can create atmospheric images by the people. It show the relationship between virtual and real. The images on picture5-6 are also happened by people. It makes me think about, how to create relationship between my building and human (how my river do). So i referred the feature of river and decided to use mirror on it. And the viaduct on picture 7 makes me remember the sculpture i made in take#1 ( skinny waist) and the gashapon machine (draft) last week. So i decided to use this shape as exterior.
