The woman I met for like a long time now shared smth about her life. How she ended up like this? Ok, I'll tell you a brief story about her. She was also working as an English teacher in Vietnam but after two years, she needed to go back to the Philippines because she committed a promise to settle down there. Before, she was confident that she wanted to pursue the life she thought would work for her. However, during her months and years spent in Vietnam, things changed how she felt and how her perceptions towards something changed. She told me that she wanted to be free from everything and that she wanted to escape from her obligations and responsibilities back in the Philippines. Not literally her obligations and duties from her family. Throughout her time working at that company, she met a person who had a huge impact on her. She was always hanging out with this person. Every time this person invited her, she would always go and be with this person. She was aware; she knew everything was not good and that this would affect her life; instead, she kept doing it. They vibe with each other and like this friend of mine, didn't think about the circumstances will happen to her if she continues to hang out with this person. Then, months go by and their relationship with each other goes deeper because they're the only people who can get along with each other. They talk many things and shared their likes and dislikes about everything. It sounds to me that they are on the getting-to-know-each-other-stage. But, this is the greatest mistake she made in her whole life. She cheated on her fiancé. This person and the friend of mine shared smth deeper and she couldn't escape it because she stuck in it.
