Hosted buyer programs are events that are arranged and hosted by companies who want to market and promote their services to a lot of people. Basically, it functions just like a speed dating, but rather than involving girls and boys, it involves prospective clients and company representatives.

The clients will be in a stationary place while the company representatives called as the exhibitors move around. The exhibitors’ main goal is to persuade the attendees to invest in their companies. They are given a limited time, mostly 15 minutes to talk about their company, their products and the services they offer. After the allotted time, they move to the next table where another prospective buyer or what is called the attendee of the hosted buyer programs, is waiting.
