I’ve always loved art and creating art— expressing in all forms. I would always keep it to myself, not out of fear of rejection, but it was my little sweet safe haven. Fortunately, I have found myself in a very raw point in my life. Very isolated, high boundaries, and appreciative of the littlest things— this being one of them. I have sparked my creativity again and I have been endlessly thinking of news painting, writing consistently, and excited to share! This is a part of me that only received very little to no light and it has transformed into the biggest part of me and I refuse to be quiet about it.

May your cheeks blush with the redness of petals when you look at the smile on your face recollecting on all the moments that created your thorns. You’ve taken all the pain and grew to protect yourself. And as you water your roots you become stronger, fuller, and beautiful. Give yourself the flowers you deserve while you can still smell them and may you continue to blossom from the self love that allows you to sway in the wind filled with liberation.

An intense and captivating desire to be creative is spewing out the seams and as I sit here, nailed to a routine, I can bleed with the full motive of clinging onto my paint brush and completely disassociating— followed up with the sensation of my finger nails roughly gliding through the keyboard as words continuously flow from my stream of thoughts to the screen reflecting back at me.

What an experience I long to endure

Every once in a while, life gives you an undeniable, uncomfortable, and the ugliest tug to remind you of your worth. Resulting in endless tears, projected fears, and manifested silent cheers for the realization that there’s more, more beautiful, more spiritual, more happiness and it’s found here. Here in the perceived negativity that really, and truly, is bliss.
