Prompts 11 through 20 for Huevember 2020
I started doodling cat memes at the start of November. Then I remembered the Huevember challenge and decided to continue with the cats while using the colors prompted by the challenge.
These are the first batch.
The last batch for Inktober / Katober!
I finished on time but forgot to upload it here. I do remember to upload daily on my instagram though.
I was having a bit of trouble deciding what to do for the following month, I was considering Dinovember or a prompt list from a watercolor challenge.
Kattober prompts 5 through 20.
These have been a lot of fun. I’m going to be able to finish on time this year, so that’s nice. I believe it’s mostly became I kept them small and casual, so it was easier to produce them on a daily basis. Just something for my future self to consider when attempting new challenges.
Started late on the October Art Challenge. Decided to join Kattober prompt list this year.
I’ve been uploading two each day in hopes to finish on time.
A random break from social media turned into a year long “sabbatical” from posting stuff online. I continued to draw but for some reason did not feel like uploading anything to my accounts. It’s been nice, in a sense, but I also kind of miss sharing and interacting with the community.
So here I am, about a full year later, getting back into it with a pair of foxes made in Procreate. The design was a request for a tattoo that would look painterly.
I’ve been doing another challenge combination using the inktober 2019 prompts with the vectober challenge. I’m uploading them mainly on my twitter.
It serves as vector practice and has been quite a lot of fun so far. I’m making them available as stickers here.
I’m thinking about trying to gender bend some of these dtiys.

I found a bright green dye ink to try for this one.

Day 3 of 31
This one looks more like a simple copy than a “draw this in your style”. I’ll work on changing that for the next prompts. Maybe trying a style that would fit in a children’s book.

I’ve been saving up challenges on Instagram of #drawthisinyourstyle but haven’t actually done any. I thought I’d combine it with Inktober this year.
The only downside to this that I see is that I can’t use a lot of colors for the traditional versions, so I’ll be posting the edited versions here and the ink versions on my instagram account.
