Hit the gym for the first time this year tonight. Here’s a snap of my run/jog/walk home. My PB was just over 12 minutes. I started clean eating on the 3/01 and slipped in a junior sized ramen in the afternoon & roast pork, roast duck & mapo tofu in the evening after just reaching the first week but no rice.
