I watched “Back to the Future” this weekend and obviously I got creative!Â
I really like creating motifs, it’s one of my favorite hobby.Â
The color palette brings us back to the 80′s.Â

I watched “Back to the Future” this weekend and obviously I got creative!Â
I really like creating motifs, it’s one of my favorite hobby.Â
The color palette brings us back to the 80′s.Â
And here is the “winter” version of the motif in the post below.Â
One of my favorite thing to do is to work with colors, I’m a real color lover.Â
This is how I like to work on a new motif... On paper, in the sun.Â
Here is a Motif that I’ve created for a Pastry/Catering company last summer.
I first draw each graphic element on paper, then re-draw then using illustrator.Â
As for the color palette, well if you look at my other posts you’ll see a pattern :)Â
“Lockdown”, “Quarantine”, “Shelter in Place”... while this is what we (seriously) have to do, we can still find some fresh air in photos.Â
This one was taken in Hawaii 6 years ago.Â
New day… same motif … New color palette. I also went a bit further on what we can do with it.Â
Here is a new motif that I’ve created using illustrator.Â
Presented in the color moodboard that inspired me.Â
Here is a logo that I’ve just created for an Interior Designer in Paris and someone very close to me.Â
Her goal is to optimize small spaces based on colors, lights, attitude and much more!Â

Today’s mood / Home office
A few weeks ago, I’ve created a logo for the Kubernetes Community Day in Quebec. My client actually preferred the emblematic Château de Frontenac option.Â
Une très grande DAMEÂ
I’ve used my flower motif that I’ve created last year for my daughter’s birth announcement and it made me want to play with it a bit more ... How cool would it look on stationery, home decor, baby clothes ...?Â
Today’s Mood.Â
Drew everything on paper and cleaned it with illustrator.Â
I really like the font that I used for “SUMMER” it’s called PEONY: http://www.dafont.com/peony.font
When you want to transform your illustrations into embroidery.Â
I wish I knew how to sew, maybe a new challenge ...Â
Also, always a good excuse to create a new color palette.Â
2 years ago I left California to come live in Quebec and my last event was the U.S. Conference of Mayors. Here is a skyline that I created for them.Â
Always with the best partner in crime, e2k events x entertainmentÂ
Today’s mood
Every year, I work with e2k for the Professional BusinessWomen of California Conference and I get to create the show look.
This year’s theme - “Inclusion Now” - was really inspiring. I wanted to play with the dots as people with different cultures and identities, are gathering around the same goal.Â
2 weeks ago, Hillary Clinton chose PBWC conference to come out of the woods and it felt really great to see photos of the stage on social media. Checked off my bucket list!
Now, on to the next gig to create magical moments with my best partner in crime - e2k events x entertainment.Â
