Hi Everyone!

We are a Star Trek: Lower Decks fanzine celebrating the relationship in between characters Beckett Mariner and Brad Boimler, however you may see them- romantic, platonic, t’hy’la, a secret fourth thing❤️💜

It's free to read zine, but every issue raises money for a charity via a 'pay what you want' option. Zine 1 aligned itself with Writers Guild Foundation. And the earnings from Zine 2 were send to Palestine Children's Relief Fund. Zine 3 is currently in progress.

The love and enthusiasm of the fandom keeps us going. Thank you for hyping us up, reading, sharing and donating!

"They Were Bunkmates", a marinler zine (#2) has earned $460 from generous Star Trek fans, which will go to Urgent Gaza Relief and the Gaza Amputee Project.

Another late Valentine's day post. This is the first original retro themed poster I made for last year's Marinler zine. It was inspired by 50's/60's painted travel and tourism posters, and specifically influenced by a poster for Rome that featured Piazza Navona.

Our organizers haven't started hard planning another edition of They Were Bunkmates, but we're hoping to. It looks like there's plenty of trekkies who'd like to participate in the next edition... Keep an ear out! Meanwhile, we hope you enjoyed the current zine!

Celebrate Marinler Day with They Were Bunkmates!

This September Ninth, grab a copy of the second edition of this Star Trek: Lower Decks fanzine! In An Embarrassment of Dooplers, our duo engrave their names next to Kirk and Spock's, so in honor of Those Old Sciensts, enjoy a collection of stories, comics, and illustrations exploring and celebrating Mariner and Boimler. ❤️💜
