Regarding that video you posted on the 23rd of October about the old guy laughing: he's analyzing the way Mark Rutte laughs (not smiles, LAUGHS) and putting down the Rutte 1 government in the process. The old guy's a really well respected comedian of sorts and has declared himself the 'national mental coach'. He used to have a really awesome sketch show with another Dutch comedian from the 60's until the late 90's. Now you know. Love, a Dutchie.
