Universal flow techniques 1.
An olde code put to use (called deconstructionOfGoodManneredShapes).
Inspired by Shannon entropy.
Simulated clouds.
Intended sand dune simulator, but the result looks more like clouds. Whatever, I like it (it’s not the first time I got interested in the idea).
Overall dynamics of the ε-parametrized rock-paper-scissors game, which has the following payoff matrix:
R P S R ε -1 1 P 1 ε -1 S -1 1 ε
Coded in Processing.
Inspired by population dynamics on a trilinear space.
Ball-and-stick visualization of pentane conformational space in Newman projection. The energetically favourable conformers are the more spread out ones with the least amount of overlap between atoms, the most favourable is the one in the main diagonal from top left thru bottom right.
The overall behaviour can be shown via the movement of a pentane molecule in conformational space:
As I made this to be a visual aid for me while learning about polymers, it is far from being scientifically rigorous and contains assumptions I haven’t checked, but I think it’s mostly right. Built with Processing.
Trajectories of attracting particles on a Möbius strip. Coded in Processing.
Just basic moiré stuff.
Inspired by this Numberphile video featuring Tadashi Tokieda.
Stages of synosc.
Syncosc and phase boundaries.
