I just wanna start by saying theres going to be an overall trigger warning. I'll be posting about my ED the most. But I also have PTSD, BFRD, MDD, and GAD. I also suffered with self harm so that will be mentioned as well.

Someone rear ended me at a light today and my calories were way over what I wanted.

I'm going to say I probably had 2,000 for the entire day.

But, I worked an 8 hour shift today and now I'm on the treadmill and I'm going to stay below 1200 tomorrow. I'm not going to let it ruin the rest of my night or my week. And I'm going to try and drink 2 bottles of water before bed.

I'm going to up my water intake because I find that I tend to want to eat things when I should be hydrating instead.

I did all my food prep for my lunches at work.

I quit drinking soda, with the exception of slushies and occasionally something diet.

I weighed everything in grams and they're marked with calories.

Not pictured is onion dip made with Greek yogurt for vegetables.

And I'll be updating my intake daily.
