Dinner: Minestrone soup (carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, kidney beans, hot Italian sausage), salad, grapes and a glass of red wine.
Day Four: One ball and an empty gym, time to put in work.
Homemade Thai red chicken curry. Chicken, eggplant, carrots, celery, red peppers, bamboo shoots, coconut milk, garlic, ginger. Yummy! Who needs rice?
Yogurt, milk, banana, strawberries, blueberries, whey protein powder. The usual suspect for breakfast. Fast, easy and the kids love it too.
Paleo Minestrone! Onions, garlic, carrots, red peppers, zuchini, tomatoes, spicy italian sausage.
Lunch for day two: Chicken Saag from Al Hamra. Chicken, spinach, garlic, ginger, ghee, spices, no cream, no yogurt; pretty sure this is all paleo!
