Starve the ego. Feed the soul. It finally makes sense to me. I realized lately I’ve been so caught up in my social media life that I’ve been forgetting to live. Im so stuck to my phone that I can’t embrace reality. I need to starve my ego by losing this attachment I have and feeding the glorious life I’ve still yet to live. Now. In my 20’s. The prime time of our lives. I guess there was a reason I wanted this song to play at my funeral when I first heard it. It’s the song that’ll represent the death of my ego.
