I'm Mary Margaret Blanchard...or rather, Snow White. I've lived in Storybrooke, Maine for as long as I can remember...actually, since the curse was cast over my kingdom. Things are a little confusing right now, but I'm a genuinely nice person, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I believe strongly in friendship and family, more so now that the curse has been lifted and I've reunited with James and Emma. Bonds like those are unbreakable in my eyes. Despite some of the bad things that have happened, and apprehension about magic being let loose in Storybrooke, the hope within me refuses to die. I know that there’s a happily-ever-after out there, waiting for me and my family—somewhere, somehow, someday.
I was wondering if you might want to babysit Laura sometime soon. Your father and I wouldn't mind getting out of the house for a while, and I know she'd love to spend some time with her big sister.
To see Snow smile like that, he felt a heat inside of himself. After all this time there was still some passion deep within, he believes it would never actually fade away. Not for them they would always have true love in their hearts with a burning passion. “She’s a true wonder…” Charming said with a gentle smile. Then he sat down and looked to Snow with much love in his eyes. “Just like her mother.”
Her heart skipped. Snow's grin stretched as she stared coyly at her husband, reaching across the table to squeeze his hand. "And you're still as charming as ever, after all these years." Releasing her grip, she took his empty plate and began to fill it with food. "So how was your day at work? Is the town behaving itself?"
With a smile on his face he kissed her back. Amazing how after so many years together she still got to surprise each other. “Thank you for that, it really means a lot.” Said the sheppard looking to his wife with eyes filled with love. How come this woman walked into his life. Oh, he got her trapped in a net, that’s how. “How was your day? Was Laura okay?” He asked a little concerned, he knew how an infant could get someone busy. Both him and Snow wanted to get that busy with a kid, it was just a matter of managinc their time now.
"My day was lovely," Snow replied, sitting down at the table. "I took Laura out with me to run some errands, and she was a very nice conversation partner as I prepared all this." She smiled up at her husband, feeling a bit of a lump gathering in her throat. "Can you believe she's been in our lives for so long? I can't imagine life without her now."

Working in the mayor’s office was really hard for him, he was never one to take care of these stuff. Snow usually did. But now they had Laura she wasn’t really ready to work as a leader just yet. As soon as his wife chose to leave him at home with Laura he will gladly accept it. Now that Laura wasn’t so attatched to either of them Ferdinand and Snow got to discuss what action should be taken considering the town’s budget and charity auctions.
Just as soon as he got home, Charming walked to their kitchen and dropped some papers gently. “Snow, I am home.” He said in a calming voice as he got his dinner from the fridge. Surprisingly there was none, it was odd. Snow usually left him a prepared meal. Then he noticed the great food smell coming from their living room. A table was set for two. “You didn’t have to.” Said the man with a kind thankful smile.
Snow grinned as she made her way around the table to greet her husband. "Of course I didn't," she replied, "But I wanted to." Leaning up to kiss him, Snow took his hand and tugged him towards the table. "I put Laura down for the night and didn't feel tired, so I decided to do something nice for the two of us."
Regina nodded. “I told him this morning. Surprisingly enough, he wants to be involved,” she replied. “Not that he’s terribly vile…he just doesn’t have the most wonderful history with children.” The Queen bit her lip and ran her fingers through her hair, shoving her hand back in her pocket to hide it from the cold again. “It’s Hook,” she murmured.
It would be an understatement to say Snow was surprised. "Oh." She reached up and rubbed the side of her head, trying to process what she'd just been told. "Alright. I mean...it's good that he wants to be involved, right?"
"I told him a few days ago," she replied. "I’d been having some trouble tracking down your daughter, so I had to go to your apartment," she explained. "He’s happy for me."
"That's good. I'm glad." Snow gave Regina a small smile. She knew how much Henry meant to her, and how hard that conversation might have been. It was great that Henry was happy for his mother.
Taking a deep breath, Snow rallied herself for the next question. "Does the father know yet...whomever he is?" she asked carefully.
Regina ran her hand through her hair. “A week,” she sighed. “I’m about three weeks along.” She may not remember the details of her one-night-stand, but she certainly remembered when it happened.
Nodding, Snow turned her gaze towards the street. This news was colossal; she didn't know Regina had been seeing anybody. Or maybe she isn't. Taking a deep breath, she decided to ask the next logical question and looked back at her companion. "Does Henry know yet?"
Regina forced a smile and nodded at the younger woman. “Thank you, Snow,” she breathed, sadness still overwhelming her as she waited for the inevitable questions that would follow.
Snow's mouth opened and closed wordlessly a few times before she figured out how to respond. "I..." She cleared her throat and squeezed Regina's arm gently. "Congratulations! That's...that's wonderful news!" Though a mass of questions was spinning through her head, she elected to only share her genuine surprise and joy with the older woman. "I'm very, very happy for you."
"Snow, I’m pregnant," she dryly admitted. "And somehow that feels like I’ve done something terribly wrong.” Whether it was betraying Daniel or somehow trying to replace Henry, she didn’t know. Either way, the child she was carrying was both everything she wanted and everything she feared.
Stunned, Snow immediately sat up, one hand remaining light on Regina's back. Her mouth hung slightly open as the words began to sink in and she blinked rapidly, trying to tune back into reality. "You're...pregnant, Regina?" she said breathlessly, overwhelmed by surprise.
Regina nodded. Resting her elbows on her knees, she put her face in her palms. “But it was me…” she breathed through tears. “It was me tearing out his heart…”
Hearing the heartbreak in Regina's voice, Snow abandoned rubbing the older woman's back and wrapped her as much of an embrace as she could give her from the side. "It was just a dream," she said in the same soft tone she used to soothe Laura, pressing her cheek to Regina's shoulder. "You've done nothing wrong, Regina, I'm here. It's okay."
Looking over at the younger woman, Regina smiled tightly. “Daniel,” she murmured. “I-I was ripping his heart out.” The Queen’s eyes teared up and she covered her mouth with her hand, the image coming back to her mind.
"Oh, Regina..." Snow placed a hand on her back and rubbed back and forth. To know that she was still haunted by visions of Daniel being killed was devastating. "I'm so sorry..."
Regina folded her arms tightly to her body, trying to warm her body in the cold night air. Most of Regina’s nightmares were things Snow wouldn’t want to hear about. “Just…terrible things,” she answered vaguely. “It’s nothing you want to hear about.” She crossed her legs, trying to warm herself up a bit more.
"Well, it's not about what I want, it's what you want," she replied gently, glancing over at her former stepmother. A motherly feeling stirred in her heart, but it didn't feel as strange as it should have. "If you'd rather not tell me, that's okay. We can talk about anything you'd like."
