Im always disturbed for 2 or 3 days at a time

on the fourth day i feel safe enough to step outside . look around to see if anyone is paying any mind to me. if i notice that they are , the sense of an invisible imaginary claw loop hovers my head gripping me by teh scruff .. the hand crushing me for punishment . im aware that this isnt real but it feels like its happening does that make me a psychotic ? i definitely have a strong feeling that something or someone likes to watch or control me at times . ill try to draw what i see next time. sometimes peoples EYES flash red for a second and quick blink . I also walk really fast and look around a lot . walking around im either very relaxed or very disturbed which isnt all bad because my thoughts and feelings bounce off the ground really fast changing colours directions left right center and life usually is BEAUTIFUL to me
