I have come to realise it's not just the fact I'm not ok now, it's that I haven't been ok for a very long time. I can't even remember the last time I was truly ok - where even the shadows of my demons didn't partially eclipse the sunshine of my happiness Maybe I was born with these voices in my head and this ache in my stomach ?
