Hello everyone

This is a little delayed, and I know I already made a recent post telling you all where to expect to see future work, but for anyone who would still like to keep up with the smut stuff, I will be posting it over on Twatter: https://twitter.com/Wazume from now on.

I’ve been told about other places I could post to like Newgrounds, HF, FA, etc., but I’m not 100% sure on on any of them yet. I’ll be sure to update on anything and everything over on Twitter though.

It’s a shame that this what things have come to, because as sparse as the content was posted, I felt like this blog was starting to really pick up in the last year. So I just wanted to say thanks for all your support. Liking and sharing these posts and even though I was unable to reply to a lot of them thank you for the encouraging and/or funny messages that were sent over the last couple years! :)

Also, I’m sorry that I didn’t have one last drawing to post or something. I’ve been really burnt out with art lately and I don’t want to go out of my way and force something out before this sudden deadline. But you’ll know where to find this stuff in the future! Hope to see you there, wherever “there” ends up being!

I wonder, why creating kat, was grey wolf from kemono friends your inspiration? They look very similar

I had no idea what Kemono Friends was when I made her around mid 2016 (and to be fair, I don’t think anyone else did either until the anime aired), so no. Grey Wolf has nothing to do with Kat’s design, haha.

The only thing I had in mind when creating Kat was, “I feel like drawing a regular catgirl for once”, since I was making characters based on “big cats” at the time. Thus, Kat was born. Her odd-eyes are only a thing because it’s not an uncommon thing for cats and while colouring her, thought it would make her more... eye catching. I guess in a way that worked though, since a lot of people seem to mistake the two...

Sorry for the late answering. But anyways, her origins aren’t all that interesting. I just drew a random catgirl who’s design I ended up liking. So after drawing her a bunch more I ended up naming her Katherine/Kat.

Early on she didn’t have a bushy tail, but after looking at her hair, it it sort of looked like a Maine Coon’s mane, so I made her tail bushy... like a Maine Coon. The fact that the Maine Coon is the largest domestic cat while Kat is also... large and tall comparative to most of the other characters (especially Kit) is just a coincidence...
