Hamstring and calf flow. Video speed increased as I work really slow.

Side lying adductor work.

Here the client has pain in her Adductors and bit of knee pain & internally rotated hip while running specifically Gracilis muscle. From this position we can hit a portion of hamstrings aswell. 🏃‍♀️

Specific work takes time and can easily consume an hour on lower limb and hip work alone. ⏳

I know I stress that I'm a relaxation therapist but I truly do my best to help relieve your dysfunction as well. I always do relaxation before and after deep tissue work. 💆‍♀️
