What did your father do for a living?

Very few things that were legal, I can give you that. He did odd jobs — the longest of which I can remember was as a janitor at a local public highschool, but he always found himself lured back into illicit activities.  My father gambled, did drugs, sold drugs, and stole.

The only stable income was from my mother. She was a hotel maid. Long hours, low pay, and the incessant sexual comments from her employer. I hated that man, almost as much as a I hated my father.

Honestly I’d think you’d be a bit more witty for a self-proclaimed ruler of the world. Perhaps your universe is particularly dull.
