On top of the world. Climbed a mountain in the German alps. Was meant for experienced mountaineers. It was my first real mountain. Girl friends mother of 68 was so fast across a rocky mountain ridge. Planks are a great way to build core strength. Make sure to round your upper back as to position your shoulder blades and sockets to support you weight. Lift the top of the hips and move your sitting bones towards the hamstrings. You can extend back through the heels and forward with the crown of the head and gently move shoulders towards the hips to make the spine feel longer. Do 3 rounds and try and hold each plank for 2 minutes.
