Blaine shot Matt a nonplussed look, although a tiny smile still tugged at the corner of his mouth at his antics. âThe wedding isnât over yet, thereâs still time,â he pointed out, hip-bumping right back. He was loose and happy and had all of his favorite people in one place, and even his fatherâs stone-faced silence at the parentsâ table couldnât overshadow the smile on Blaineâs face every time he looked over at Kurt.
Instead he slung one arm over Mattâs shoulders lazily. âThe next event wonât be my wedding, so have at it.â
It was as if Blaine didnât want him to see that smile but he did, and it caused a bigger one to form on his own lips. âTruuuuuuuuuue. There is but I promised Iâd be good. Canât have me making some scene and taking the spotlight away from you and Kurt. The next wedding will have that honor. Itâll probably be my own, which sucks for Bri. Sheâll just be with a permanent facepalm throughout the whole night. And the time weâre married.â He joked. He wouldnât actually do that to her, not intentionally.Â
âAwesome. Iâll make sure when Iâm getting escorted out from the next event that they know it was all your idea. Because you gave the okay.â Mattâs arm went around Blaineâs side and he brought him in for a sideways hug. âHow does it feel? You guys finally tied the knot. Does it feel like youâve got that whole weight off your shoulders now?â
