I first read IBYBS two days or so ago I believe, and I loved it so much I immediately reread it the day after. I love everything about it, the characterization of Benny is just so spot on and believable and I’m such a sucker for mutual pining and slow burn and you’ve done such a stellar job at making your readers feel every inch of emotion you’ve incorporated into the series, including the ones untold. I think it’s such a beautiful series and it’s definitely my favorite Benny fic written by anyone so far and I’m really excited to see what you’ve got in store next! Listening to Picture You by Chappell Roan while reading the fic really sold it for me as well, it fits so beautifully into the type of longing that’s described throughout IBYBS <3
