To be honest, you’re one of the main reasons I feel the need to introduce this licence requirement. The reckless use of magic, and the way you often come across with regards to your view on other life makes gives me reason to be nervous.

I don’t need money. I had enough to buy out the rights for this sorry planet, and I have enough for the entire solar system but it’s not worth the continued expense right now. Maybe later.

I never mentioned a tax, just a simple series of tests to go through, most of which are theory, then you can continue on as normal once you get the card. I’d never planned on really introducing a charge for the /actual license/, because as a “magic” being myself, I can’t say I’d be too too happy with it.

Sjin. I think you need to stop what you’re trying to do. I don’t think we need to pay to use magic. I don’t think we need a card to prove we’re “responsible”. I don’t think we need to be separated like this. I think you should just quit while you’re ahead. We don’t need to be taxed for using magic like this and we should be allowed to use it under our own free will. Just leave us be and we’ll leave you be. There are people both Martyn and I are wanting to protect and we will protect them in any way we can if needed. We both clearly don’t want to use force against you like this but you’re forcing us to think this way and forcing us to want to use our magic against you. If you need money I can work up a deal with you but you’re not making this easy by doing this. I’m sure I can help you with money issues, I have a shit tonne of it. There’s no need to tax people for the magic they want to do and they were born with, we all know what we’re doing and we’re all responsible in that way. If there was anyone that was dangerous we’d help them stop that without casualties. I think that we should all calm down as no matter what you do at all, there is sure to be some form of magic somewhere in it. Whether it be potion making or it be actual spells. It’s all a form of magic in some way and I think that we all need to calm down and just think about this. We don’t want another divide in this world. There’s already enough. We just need to stay together and stop arguing over things like this. It’s childish. Stop.

I'm looking from the view of my people, who will stay where they are unless told otherwise. Which means you won't lose one pretty little hair on your head from magic unles I ordered it from them. So you should stop worrying about this stupid card and just let it go! And I'm fairly sure that like I said over 2000 years of magic experience is showing I'm responsible enough. No one will be hurt unless I want it. And I don't want anyone in this area hurt! So just let it go!
