She peeked her head out of his locker looking at him. “It’s all about the food, isn’t it?” She teased nodding and threw her much lighter book bag over her shoulders. She waited a few more seconds until he was done putting his books away and stood beside him walking down the halls and out the building. “What are you in the mood for?” She asked peeking her head up to look at him. “Were your car by the way.”

“Meh, I guess your company is good too,” he shrugs and attempts to hide his smile. He shut his locker a few moments later and held his schoolbag over his shoulder as they made their way out of the building. “Burgers? Fries? Pizza? Shakes? Italian? Chinese? Mexican? I don’t care, I’m just hungry.” He fishes for his keys  in pockets and teases. “ When’s it not my car, I’m like your personal chauffeur.”

once the bell rang meaning the end of last period-which for buffy was japanese as she packed up her things into her book bag and walked out the class room she pulled out her phone clicking on ‘mitchness’ and started texting him for food. she walked down the familiar hallway to her locker which was right beside mitch’s and yes they had done that on purpose. she waited by their lockers until she saw the much taller male walking towards her the much smaller female. “i was starting to think you’d stood me up,” she commented eyes following him as he opened his locker.

as interesting as world history is to him, during last period of a pretty hectic day he’d rather be asleep. Lucky for him just as he was about to doze off the bell rung which startled him awake. He quickly picked up his textbooks and tossed them in his school bag before quickly making his way out of class. He hurried down the hall towards their lockers before slowing down once he saw her waiting. He lets out a soft chuckle before swinging his locker open, making sure not to smack her in the face. “I mean I thought about it but then I remembered we’re going out to eat.” he said with a smile as he tossed books out of his bag and into his locker and vice versa.
