Based on the several hints for example the Kusouzu brothers, curse seems to be related to one of the matter, pregnancy and childbirth. The person relates Itadori’s progress to pregnancy phase (that’s a sentence I didn’t expect to write). This is a rough estimation and the date can miss by a day or two (they fucking counted the date! jpn fans continue to amaze me)

Around June 14th when Itadori swallowed the finger – menstruation ends

July 4th is when Itadori and Sukuna established the shibari (binding vow) – Implantation

July 11th is training with Gojo (planting the basic as sorcerer) – internal organ formation is completed

September 5th is Junpei’s arc, when Itadori was finally acknowledged as proper sorcerer – placenta formation is completed

October 31st is Shibuya incident – formation of brain is completed 

Following this date as such in a human pregnancy,  expected date of delivery is on Itadori’s birthday – March 20th

And March 20th is spring equinox – which is said to be the day when the gate to the other world is opened. The implication of this is something will happen to Itadori on his next birthday. Birth of a new “Itadori”?? or rather birth of “Ryomen Sukuna”?
