No I haven't. Honestly what made Maximum Frottage work was the way Tumblr is organized, allowing easy sharing and reblogging. I'm not looking to reinvent this blog, I just don't have the time in my life right now...
Friends:
I am sorry, but it appears this blog has come to an end. I spent 4 days trying to import it to WordPress, only to have it suspended due to their content policy. While I may misunderstand the nuance between a "mature" blog on WP and one containing "nudity and pornography," their support staff was very helpful. I spent probably two hours chatting with a Happiness Engineer as they are called and they were professional, courteous, and assisted me as far as their policy allowed.
Unfortunately it won't work. I'm out of options. I have a full time job and a busy life schedule and it's the holidays, so I can't devote any more time to cleaning up Tumblr's mess. It disgusts me that a tech company like tumblr reaps the traffic, the data, and the ad revenue from content creators, yet feels they can destroy years of digital labor with cruelly short notice. I lay my disappointment clearly at the feet of tumblr.
This has been a fun blog! I'm really going to miss it, and all the good people I've come in contact with through curating an endless stream of frot content. Special thanks if you made submissions or if you found frot content that I reblogged. I hope someone picks up the torch and establishes a frottage blog on a site with better business ethics and respect for its users. - RyanMI @staff
