I’ve been back in Riverdale for nearly three weeks and I still haven’t found anything remotely interesting to do, outside of the theatre. Tell me there’s something to do in this town, or I might just go crazy like so many others obviously have.

There’s plenty of interesting things to do in this town, you just suck.

You’d think they’d prefer that. When I studied theatre they loved to record you, so they can go over every single detail and nitpick. Now I do that with my students. It’s the only way to improve.

You have to be approved to be allowed to film?

For my class, yes. I had to get the concept and everything approved. It’s not a film class, but a dance class and film projects aren’t exactly the norm for presenting a choreography.

Applause is like music itself, beautiful and it transcends barriers.

I mean, it was freestyle. It was just also very strict. The grading rubric was basically a mile long and it had things like, “much include at least one flip”, “must showcase at least one dance move from a least five different dance genres”, y’know. 

Not gonna lie. …I figured I’d be dancing with a girl…

Maybe in the sense that the genre was freestyle, but if there are stipulations, is it truly freestyle?

Not gonna lie, but same.
