“I’m not certain yet, all I know is I want to be able to help people. I’d quite like to learn all there is, from first aid to surgery, just in case I need to use any of those skills.” Maya explained, moving to lay beside him. She moved closer, laying beside him like a sister would lay beside her brother, caring, protective and protected. “I’ve really missed you Nuka.”
“Well I know you can do it. Though all of it takes quite a bit of time to learn. If that’s what you want then I support it fully” He said with a small smile. “Besides, maybe you may even go into a section deeper and find that’s what you love most and specialize in it.” Carefully, he lowered his arm around her as to keep her near and safe. Maya had always been the tiny puppy that was always strong and yet fragile at the same time. “I’ve missed you too Maya. Don’t worry, I won’t be leaving again anytime soon.”
"It really is." She smiled, resting her head on his chest. "I really want help people. That's something that makes me happy." She explained. Maya looked down at her hands, twiddling her fingers idly before speaking up. "Will you help me?" She asked, hopeful that the boy who had become her brother would help we achieve her goals.
