Notes: Packing for her trip back home

     Maya sighs as she packs her suitcase. It felt like forever since she last seen her mom. She missed her so much. It would be so good to see her again. While she enjoyed her life and new friends here, she really missed home. She didn't tell Tori this, but she wasn't sure if she'd come back for the school year here.

     Maya sighed as she thought of her conversation with Cooper. She felt kind of silly for having a crush on him and felt like a loser for being jealous he was engaged to someone else. It's not like she'd ever have a chance with! For one thing, he was like more than 10 years older than her! Also he lived in LA. He was just so cute, and nice.

     She finishes packing and looks at the clock. It's getting late and she has an early flight tomorrow. She quickly gets ready for bed, sets her alarm and falls asleep.

I'd probably have to live there a while, at least till I get noticed. But that's a long way off. I still have to finish school, and I want to go to college.
