It's okay. I get being busy. I actually haven't been around much online either lately. Cooper: "You always look beautiful," he tells her and gives her a kiss. He holds her close as they walk around the room
Anna: She blushes. She didn't understand why he was always so sweet to her. "Thanks," she said softly and almost sighs in relief as a waiter gives them champagne. She practically downs it.
Cooper: laughs. "Easy there," he says as he takes a sip of his champagne. "You don't want me to have to carry you home, do you?"
Anna: laughs too. "Sorry those guys out there made me nervous..."
Cooper: "It's fine," he says softly. "I'm sorry, I really tried to keep that part of my life away from you, but they would of found out about you sooner or later. We are engaged after all."
Anna: "Yeah," Anna said still feeling overwhelmed by everything
Cooper: "Come on I want to introduce you to a few people" he takes Anna's hand as he starts to lead her around the room
Anna: Cooper introduces Anna to a bunch of people. How many people does she know? she wonders. She struggles to remember the names and wonders how he can do so well remembering all his lines for his movies and TV shows. She once wanted to be an actress, like every teenage girl, what a foolish dream that was. She couldn't even remember someone's name after they were introduced to her 5 seconds ago, how could she remember lines and lines of dialogue?
Cooper: After making the rounds, Cooper and Anna get some more champagne and sit down. "Are you okay? You've been really quiet tonight."
Anna: "Yeah, everything's fine." Anna lies trying to smile. She drinks her champagne, but slower than last time.
Cooper: "Are you sure?" he asked with concern.
Anna: "Yeah, just jet lag."
Cooper: "Do you want to go back home and rest?"
Anna: "NO, it's fine. I"ll survive. Besides what would the paparazzi say if they saw you leaving from a party so soon?"
Cooper: laughs. "Who knows, they sure like to invent a lot of stuff."
Anna: "I hope they don't say anything bad about me," she said suddenly, nervous
Cooper: "What bad things could they possibly say about you?" he leans over and kisses her. "You're amazing"
Anna: blushes at his compliment. "Thanks," she sips on some more champagne and looks out at all the people in the room.
Cooper: "Do you want to dance?" he asks noticing people are going out on the dance floor.
Anna: "Oh," she glances out at the dance floor then back at Cooper. "Sure," she finishes her second glass of champagne
Cooper: They leave their empty champagne glasses on the table and go to the dance floor. Anna stumbles a little and Cooper holds her close. "Drunk already?"
Anna: "No! It's these damn shoes!"
Cooper: "Well don't worry, I"ll never let you fall."
Anna: smiles at Cooper. She remembered how her aunt told her no one would ever love her, well she showed her. Although the bitch was dead now so it's not like it matter. Still, it was nice to be loved by someone. It was a good feeling.
Cooper: They danced awhile until Anna said she was to tired to dance anymore and they sat back down with more champagne and talked with others until it was time for the fireworks.
Anna: Anna and Cooper walked out on the patio with the other guests just as the fireworks show started. It was beautiful.
Cooper: enjoyed watching the fireworks with his fiancè. The show ent on for about 15 minutes. When it ended people started leaving.
Anna: "It's time to go already?" Anna asked surprised as she noticed people leaving
Cooper: "Yeah, we can go to another party or a club or something if you want,"
Anna: "Um..."Anna hesitated as they went out the front where the paparazzi was still waiting. Jezz, did they not have lives or something? Cooper once again tried to shield her from them as they shouted questions at them until they entered the safety at the limo.
Cooper: feels bad because he can tell Anna is upset. "They're usually not that aggressive with me. Must be a slow news day."
Anna: "Cooper, you're gorgeous, of course they'd be obsessed with you."
Cooper: "Yeah welll..." Cooper didn't really know what to say
Anna: "It's okay...I mean you warned me about it...I just didn't think it'd be so....crazy."
Cooper: "It's cause it's a holiday and they want to see if they can get pictures and video of as many celebrities as drunk as possible. I guess it sells more money or something." Cooper shrugs. "We could always move somewhere quieter.."
Anna: "Move? But what about Grey's?"
Cooper: "Well we'd have to stay here while I film but when I'm not filming, we don't have to stay here. Where you want to go is fine with me."
Anna: thinks for a second. When they were first dating she loved how generous he was and how he'd give her anything she wanted but now it was making her uncomfortable and she was afraid it was because of her feelings for her. She wasn't quite in love with him yet, but she was slowly getting there. "LA is my home." she finally said. "I'm not going to let some jerks with no life take that from me."
Cooper: grins. "That's my girl. He leans over and kisses her."

Cooper: "Did you want to stay at my place tonight?"

Cooper: "What about the Prospect Park Zoo? It says they have sea lions too...and something called Palla's Cat? DO you know what that is?"
