I would like to make an announcement that unfortunately this blog will be an archive and no will longer be posted on except for updates regarding a new blog.

Sadly, I am unable to access this account on my new phone. And my computer. I as of right now am going to be gathering what I believe is the best of the works on this blog onto a google doc to be rewritten or revamped and (possibly) posted to the new blog I intend to make. I do not know for sure how long this transfer will take. But all of this will stay for people to enjoy. I'm crushed, but it is not the end. Good day! Are your requests open as of right now?

How would the elves feel if their s/o is very touchy(like always wants to be close) and mostly shows their love through physical touch?

(I've been gone for so long this blog suffered. I've made this longer since I haven't made a long post in a while.)

Elves with a touchy S/O

Vivec definitely feeds into this aspect of his s/o. Sometimes not realizing he does. Has gotten looks because he often leans into them when he's talking to important people. Leaving the spectator(s) to either find the Warrior Poet acting this way endearing, or maybe even unprofessional...it doesn't stop him from leaning in, rubbing his fingers across their knuckles. Its surprisingly tender and he appreciates the gesture being returned.

Sotha Sil isn't huge on physical affection...only because he often needs his hands for things he's working on. But I can't imagine he'd be too displeased by a gentle embrace/cuddle from behind while he tinkers. His personal space is important and sometimes he's distracted but it is one of his priorities to make sure they feel comfortable and appreciated. His affections are subtle. Fingers reaching out to curl around theirs, or to brush hair out of their face. He'll do this around anyone, but more intimate gestures he saves for when there is less prying eyes.

Almalexia doesn't like it in front of other people. It's not that she's ashamed of them or that she doesn't love them. But rather the little voice in the back of her mind telling her that anyone would use them to hurt her. She knows it's silly, who would dare? But even she has doubts.

To the trained eye you could see how much she cares about them however. The softening of her golden eyes when they're in view, the smile that curls on her lips. All of her physical gestures are saved for more private areas, but her demeanour around them leaves no doubt to her love for them.

Voryn Dagoth isn't used to this much affection. He admits to them one night. But he smiles gently with every hug, and admittedly gets embarrassed when they do it around people like Vivec or Nerevar. Much like Ayem, he's not embarrassed of them. But rather that he's just not used to it.

Nerevar is such a softie behind closed doors. He's all gestures when behind closed doors. But he'd rather keep the bulk of their affections together for more private settings. That being said...he doesn't realize how poor he is at doing this. But he is all smiles when it happens in either setting.

Ondolemar definitely has to discuss with them about touching him so openly in public as he is with the Thalmor embassy. More of a private guy with his s/o and gently (his gentle, of course.) reminds them of that. But sometimes, rarely, he'll brush away from their face, and run his fingers across their palm. Before silently retreating to his work.

Neloth complains because why wouldn't he. But by Malacath, he can barely work with them hanging off of him. I wouldn't suggest doing this to him when he's in a poor mood, but the most he'll do with them is complain...then proceed to try to work around them rather than push them off. Because he's too stubborn to admit he's touch starved.

Mannimarco is gonna eat this up as leader of the worm cult. A powerful lich with such an influential figure beside him? He leans into the affections surprisingly. Sit on the arm of his chair, rub his shoulders...he takes it all gracefully. Though admittedly the first time they did this so publicly he never thought he could feel so warm again.

Divayth Fyr is already playfully affectionate to begin with so they'll mesh together well. Especially in an established relationship. Type of guy that nips at their ears to get a reaction. Or maybe randomly come up behind them and rub his hands on their waist before returning to his task. It's all to get back at them and see their reaction. What an old man.

I've been reading your head canons for quite some time, could we get some general Vivec & Dagoth Ur head canons? Love your work!!

A mix of some random things I see about them. Hope this wasn't supposed to be general romantic head canons? Sorry these are head canons of angst and Agony.

Vivec

~ Often replays the memories of a time before he, Sotha Sil, and Almalexia were gods. And notes how things felt so much more genuine then.

~ Never comments on it very much but does find godhood to be a very very lonely ordeal. There's barely anyone just like you. And when there is, they often dislike you and want you dead.

~ Prides himself on his many lovers but actually struggles with genuine connection to other people. So many know him but they don't know him if that makes any sense. It's hard to maintain relationships when you outlive them in nearly all cases.

~ A part of me believes that if he had a choice to go back he maybe...just maybe... he wouldn't have chosen godhood over the people who cared about him. But there's also the chance that I'm completely wrong, and he'd do it all the same way. Which is more than likely the case.

~ Misses Ayem and Seht a lot. The two people that outlasted everyone he knew are now gone. And he didn't get to say goodbye to either of them before they were gone.

~ He rarely sleeps, naps are a luxury but I believe he dreams when he does. And he dreams of back then.

Dagoth Ur / Voryn Dagoth

~ Goes over scenarios in his head constantly about how things should have gone at red Mountain. Truthfully this probably makes his mental state worse.

~ I don't think he actually cares too much about what happened to the dwemer regardless of how close he may have been to them. It's just another threat to his plan gone.

~ Nerevar repaid his kindness with death but I think when things become quiet he misses his companionship very much. I believe no one knew Nerevar the way Voryn did.

~ Is well aware that his plan can fail and all of his work would be for nothing...but he tried, and I think that's good enough for him.

~ I feel as though he could have stalled for time but chose not to, just to see Nerevar again...or maybe he was just okay with seeing the closest thing to him.

I've been loving your blog lately and it's the only place to get good written dagoth content <3 could I request the elves (specially Dagoth) finally getting with a S/O they've been pining over? I live for sweet lovey dovey stuff :V thanks so much for posting awesome content!

I'M ALIVE AND OKAY! I've had serious stuff going on lately so I haven't been writing at all. This has been in my drafts for ages but I hope you enjoy it.

Sotha Sil gives this small smile when they tell him they feel the same way he does. Despite his circumstances he found his person. And he can never give a gift any greater back to them.

Vivec's heart races and he's visibly excited. He found someone he wanted to be part of all aspects of his life...he's never felt such joy.

Almalexia never expected true love to happen again in her life but here she is. Her eyes are twinkling and she becomes completely content when they are around.

Voryn Dagoth perks up and he smiles lots more when they come into his presence. To him, the most valuable thing he has now...is them.

Mannimarco's face gets bright red. He finds them utterly beautiful and all he wants to do is look at them. He'll deny it...but it's there.

Divayth Fyr will say he is too old to feel hurt or nervous about having feelings for someone...the way he avoids eye contact while saying it says other wise...they can see the way his lips curl upwards though.

Neloth let's out a triumphant 'Hah' when they say they return his feelings. He thinks they would have been foolish to not accept his offer of courtship...that said he has a pep in his step and he's extra sassy to the other wizards.

Nerevar can't help the unconscious hand that brushes over his heart that's beating a mile a minute. He says nothing, but a breathless nod and a large smile.

★ First off...they have privileges with him that many don't have. Let's start with these shall we?

★ He's not going to hug or hold their hand in public. He still has a reputation to uphold and doing that will broadcast to anyone around that they're his weak point.

★ He will show affection within his House of Hope though. Most of the time he will quietly press his lips to their temple or their knuckles.

★ Raphael runs hot. It's one of the hazards of being with a Devil but it can be rather difficult to share a bed with him.

★ Tends to stick with his standard nicknames of 'Little mouse' or even '(my) Dear' when he's feeling especially nice. Really gets an ego when they call him 'Archdevil'

★ Claims he doesn't get jealous but he does. And it's dangerous. He'll lure their attention away from the person before something...happens to them later.

★ Pulls them flush against him when they kiss. And they'll feel teeth....maybe if he's feeling nice he will try to be gentle.

★ Being with Raphael is dangerous. Though they already know that. Maybe they like that, or maybe they bit off more than they can chew...who knows. They're in for the long run now.
