Mayday's faction status right before and after the war ended is so up in the air and vague partially because she knew what treachery meant and couldn't ever face you know who like that. She didn't know if Tarn would grant her mercy due to their history or if time had rendered them strangers. Its only when they actually stumble across each other that the lack of brand is noticed and assessed.
I guess that's partially why I keep leaving their ending open ended like. Does she die. Does it haunt him in the back of his mind forever. Idk lol
Ok more of a shitpost addition but would the rest of the DJD even be aware of Mayday at all. Like do they ever walk in on Tarn staring at an old picture of this medic stationed somewhere they've never been to. How do you react to that.
