MBTI Advice
Sorry we’ve been so quiet, team! And yet we keep getting new followers, so rock on! We are excited to have you. We’ve been busy with the holidays and then the new semester, but also to be honest, our own questioning of our MBTI types. *blergh.*
We have received a few asks from you guys asking for help with typing that we weren’t sure how to deal with. We can direct you to some good resources as far as reading about cognitive functions (a must!), but we didn’t know of a test to suggest, and it’s hard to be advising other people when you are unsure about your own type.
So here’s some new, updated advice. @mbtiguy has an awesome test if you want someone’s help figuring things out. Instead of multiple choice questions that don’t really capture your perspective and a report with generic results, the test allows you to be really specific and then get a personalized report about not only your type but how you personally are doing with using your cognitive functions.
INFJ took the test and found out that she is indeed an INFJ! *victory* After being swayed by a lot of thinker bias on tumblr, I was feeling very uncertain about my type. After this experience, I have this new peace of mind that I do really know myself (shut up, tert Ti!), and I have this new, outside perspective on my strengths and weaknesses.
Feel free to send us asks if you want to know more about INFJ’s experience, or contact @mbtiguy for more information about the test (prices, timing, etc.).
Sorry for the long post, but we want to help spread the word. INFP plans to take the test, as well. Expect new content from us soon, and thanks for sticking with us!
