The highest honour I can give to something I love is to combine it with Pokemon. First we see Will and Nico as trainers, with their signature Pokemon, and their go-to Poke Balls. Second is Solangelo in the PMD universe. Nico's a Houndour and Will's a shiny Growlithe.

I don't hc Will as being trans, but I will be drawing trans Will fanart sometime soon, because transphobia is loser behaviour. It's one thing to not like a hc, but it's another to use it as an excuse to send SLURS to someone over it. Anonymity makes some people absolutely disgusting. If you take issue with trans folks you can leave.

People put a lot of effort into giving Rick's characters very human headcanons, but they're still demigods. They're half-human, yes, but also half-god. And being a god doesn't just mean being powerful in combat.
Give them things that help them in their daily lives to take away their problems too. Imagine not knowing if you'll make it to 18, if you'll survive this mission, and also having to worry about cavities or smelling bad and attracting an enemy.
Give them the wonderful things related to hygiene: no acne, no body hair, no cavities, no cramps, no yellow teeth, no greasy hair, no ingrown nails, no teenage odors or morning breath.
Hygiene things, things that, although they may not seem like much, affect the self-esteem of children and teenagers. A little relief in their lives so burdened with responsibilities that shouldn't be theirs.
I definitely like the concept, but I think demigods are sort of designed to suffer? They're meant to burn out young and leave behind tragic stories. There's a reason we're always surprised to see an older demigod in the RRverse. It's always a HUGE deal to see them living past their teens. Getting powers and abilities from their Godly halves is all their parents are going to give them, really, because it's their humanity that usually causes their downfalls. Their loyalty, their love, their kindness, their generosity, their selflessness - those are all because of their human halves. And I believe children of Aphrodite are usually "pretty"? No acne, pearly white and straight teeth, perfect hair, etc. It's an ability they get haha.

My HC is that because of these variations within the same myth, Mr. D has a certain favoritism towards Nico.
