I’ve been pretty down lately. Lots of crappy personal stuff happening and Arrow was always my happy place so I was even more down now that I can’t get my happy there BUT then @it-was-a-red-heeler reminded me of something - Reading.

Reading fanfiction and books always brings me happy. Writing fanfiction also helps and I promise there will be an update for After The Boom soon - it’s just been hard to write while I’m in this funk.

But I’m hoping to see the other side of it soon. I’m doing the best I can given the situation. Thanks so much to all who have been there for me the last couple of weeks @mel-loves-all  @tdgal1 @wherethereissmoak @memcjo @oliverfel4@laurabelle2930 @miriam1779 it means a lot. Hugs to you all!

I Quit My Job Today :)

I’ve wanted to do this for SO MANY YEARS!!! I’m so happy.

I have a new job lined up and will be moving cities - this is a good thing.

But right now, I’m basking in - I QUIT MY JOB TODAY!!!!!!!!!!

Lovers who missed each other like mad hug like this. Look at Steve (yes you’re right…it’s Alex’s doing) but look also at Scott. There is so much love, respect and a strong bond between them. I could watch these gifs for hours and I detect always something new! Fantastic McDanno and Ocaan moment. Love it to pieces.

When he was 5 years old, I asked my son Steve what he wanted to be when he grew up. He said "I want to be a cop, dad, like you." I told him to be anything but that. The life of a cop is - is not easy. It's not that I'm not proud of the work I did. But more than anything, I have-regrets.

Kono is such a gentle mothering type of cop. I like that she can make kids feel comfortable in her presence. They really need that and it makes it easier for her to talk for them too.
