his spikes seem to vibrate with unease. but the underdog stands his ground, planting all four of his feet into the earth. his clubbed tail thrashes behind him, smacking into a rocky cliffside and cracking it into many, small pieces.

anguirus snorts loudly, baring his fangs at the three headed king of terror.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

"Your... DEATH!!"

They all screeched in unison and spread their gigantic golden wings out to show off their size. With no time wasted, they rest their winged-limbs on the ground and rushed forward as momentum picked up. They paused at the last second to charge a blast of electric power from their mouths; dust and debris flew past them as their body halted in it's tracks to do this, preparing to unleash it on their enemy.

The skies darkened, clouding over as their presence was made known, and the air thickened with the buzzing feeling of electricity. They were the king of this world, and the universe, despite those that would say otherwise. Wings expanded, blotting out what little light there may still be, and the stars were glassy with the haze of light that spewed now from their mouths. Those three heads swung this way and that, spreading chaos and terror to all those around. It only paused in this, landing hard among some buildings, knocking a few over with it's whipping twin-tails, and those heads turning this way and that. How it searched for this one that had been felt from above.

prime directive. obey. conquer the blue planet, earth. destroy the thing known as gojira.

its internal workings hum as the great creators run about it, making much needed repairs from its last incursion with the king of the monsters. its jaw clenches, metal squealing with the action. in the beginning, there was no feeling- type-001 mechagodzilla was simply following programming.

but over time, with each defeat, an animosity began to brew in its systems.

its orange optics snap to the being known as titanosaurus with the swivel of its head. its partner, perhaps unwillingly, in the creator's plan to secure a new home.

"WHAT IS IT LIKE? TO BE ORGANIC?"

Titanosaurus looked them over, still feeling so unsure on why they really were made to be a pair against the likes of the strong Godzilla. The question made them pause and distract from those thoughts, of knowing he himself had no real control except in moments like this. This mechanical being was a mystery to him, even now, and he was surprised to find it actually speaking with what seemed to be... true sentience?

"...Wonderful, and painful." He shook his head, thinking of whenever the humans used their machines to make him do their bidding. "To feel the ocean and sand is pleasant, but their tools to keep me up and out cause such annoyance."

I really want to write as either King Ghidorah, Titanosaurus, or maybe even 98' Zilla??

I just keep imagining Zilla protecting her eggs or hatchlings.

Species: Genetically altered giant iguana?, due to atomic testings.

Titanosaurus

Species: Genetically modified crocodile, or Aquatic dinosaur

Height: 115 meters

Length: 100 meters

Weight: 61,000 tons

Color: Reddish-brown, with golden-black speckles pebbling his flesh.

Personality: Usually has a calm demeanor, and would usually keep away from most things, unless it’s being controlled by aliens or whoever has the power to do so. Then Titanosaurus uses it’s abilities to destroy.

Abilities: Physical strength is incredible, able to lift Godzilla in the air with just it’s crushing jaws clamped onto him. Has the abilities to use Sonic Waves from it’s mouth, which would disorientate individuals under it’s blast. It’s tail can be used to make a cyclone, and large gusts of wind with the way it can open and fan out.

Weaknesses: Supersonic waves, ironically. They stun and weaken him.

Gigan

Height: 120 meters

Length: 250 meters

Weight: 60,000 metric tons

Personality: Absolutely brutal, and craves violence. He’s completely sadistic, and prefers to be up close so he can shred his opponents to death. Even without being controlled by aliens, he’s still so violent.

Abilities: Flight, Laser beams from his eyes or the ruby gems on his forehead, Buzzsaw on his stomach made of an unknown alien alloy, Hooked appendages, Scorpion-like tail for more savage melee attacks.

Weaknesses: He can get too cocky, and everything works against him… Carelessness abroad.

History: He’s from space, same as King Ghidorah, and the same aliens that used Ghidorah also used him from time to time. He’s been something like ‘friends’ with King Ghidorah, but it’s unclear if it’s friendship or purely camaraderie, in order to get the best kills.

Rhedosaurus

Height: 100ft

Length: 200ft

Weight: 500 tons

Personality: Curious, and territorial. He would fight for his turf, and defend himself or his mates (if he ever finds any).

Abilities: Since he survived an atomic blast - why not let him have the ability to breathe fire?? His blood is also toxic to humans, instantly giving them a fever / possibly a fatal one, at that.

History: He’s the last of his kind, as far as man has said of it. Though, he doesn’t know it, himself.

King Ghidorah

v: Post KOTM:

He survives Godzilla’s obliteration of his entire body, somehow. Manages to escape death, possibly by a sliver of his cells, and possibly from the head that managed to not get destroyed by the Oxygen Destroyer explosion. There’s various ways I could go about this. Sometimes he’ll end up on someone’s land, either Rodan’s or Mothra’s, possibly Godzilla’s island; Whoever the thread ends up being with. Who knows? Maybe he’ll end up waking in Alan Jonah’s laboratory, having to face brutal tests and the like?

Personalities of Ghidorah:

Ichi: The center head, is vicious but more level and clever. He is the overall leader of the three. Ni: The head to the right of himself, who is way more grumpy and aggressive. Prone to snapping. San: The head to the left of himself. Obviously as cold as the other two, but has a little more of a playful side, and easily distracted.
