Week 4 weigh in is down 3.5lbs woo
Forgot to post my week 3 weigh in XD lost 1.5lbs today is my week 4 weigh in.

Week 2 weigh in
Down 3 more lbs weighing in at 199lbs . This was even with being bad over the holiday so I am very proud. I have also found some fun K-pop workout videos to do to living things up every few days. Today was an easy day 13 mins of exercise so a rest day XD

Today was my first real weigh and measurements day since I started and I'm happy with my results so far :)
2020 goals : ( I am 5'7" and starting weight 206. Should I list measurements as well ? I plan on doing a weight update weekly)
- eating around 1000 calories a day or less
- green tea atleast 2 times a day
- atleast 50 oz of water a day
- two pilates videos daily ( rest day either every 4 days or when not home)
- neck , face , chin along with a little leg exercises before bed
- no eating past 7pm
( I will have an energy drink eventually but get uncarbonated , maybe a Coke zero once in a blue moon)
I just want to get back into shape that I feel good at. Since I'm having such body issues at the moment😅Though I will admit it'll be hard in a house where everyone else eats junk food constantly.

This was a week ago I was actually 208 when I started. Seeing over 200 on the scale again was a shock but it got me moving again.
It's been a long time but I'm trying to get back into shape , I have been working a lot and moved so it set me back a few years 😅 but I am getting back into things now. I technically started a week ago.
I know its been awhile but life has been getting in the way. Moved to Florida and had to get new jobs. Haven't had much time to workout but I have been maintaining eating as balanced as I can. Finally got a scale and realized I shot back up to 180 but as of Wednesday I'm down to 172. Weight isn't that important but it does make me happy to see the scale move like most . I am trying to get back to exercising regularly but it is hard at the moment with my lack of motivation . I felt I should finally post something .
