Sometimes beautiful things come into our lives out of nowhere. We canât always understand them, but we have to trust in them. I know you want to question everything, but sometimes it pays to just have a little faith.

Repeat after me: I am the woman of my own dreams. I require no validation. My wish is my command. My life is my own. I build it. My voice is my own. I use it. I am relentless in my dedication to trusting myself. I am insatiable in my thirst for the extraordinary, and I do not settle for the mediocre. I Live Without Dead Time.

Maybe love stays. Maybe love canât. Maybe love shouldnât. Love arrives exactly when love is supposed to. And love leaves exactly when love must. When love arrives, say, âWelcome. Make yourself comfortable.â If love leaves, ask her to leave the door open behind her. Turn off the music, listen to the quiet. Whisper, âThank you for stopping by.â

Hello! I was wondering how many followers you had, because I've been following this blog for years and was telling a friend how amazing I think it is how many lives you've positively impacted. I can already tell that regardless your follower count you've had an impact on so many people, but I was curious so that I could show her the scale of that impact. If its private or you don't feel comfortable sharing I completely understand! This blog has always brought me a lot comfort. xx
haha that is very cute. Itâs around 22k followers which is crazy especially as I am so absent from here these days. Thank you for your kind words and remember that 22,000 followers or 1, it honestly doesnât matter! Man I really hate numbers, of course I am grateful to have been able to reach a lot of people but making a difference in one persons life is equally as valuable and important x
Do you know the social signs of OCD?
Hi,
First off, I came across your site and wanted to say thanks for providing a great OCD resource to the community.
I thought you might find this infographic interesting, as it shows detailed information about the social signs of OCD to look for, and has proved to be a great hit with our readers: http://www.healthline.com/health/ocd/social-signs
Naturally, Iâd be delighted if you share this embeddable graphic on http://the-healing-nest.tumblr.com/post/96457447460/what-eating-disorders-are-really-about , and/or share it with your followers on social. Either way, keep up the great work !
All the best,

I wish I could tell you about the lightbulb moment it all changed. I wish I could tell you that because itâd make things seem so much more organised, so much tidier. But real life isnât tidy. Itâs messy and there are no lightbulb moments. There are only bad days and lifting the spoon and sometimes good days and less bad days and sometimes there is being set free because somewhere along the way you no longer decided to let a number define yourself.
