Why we built Meant2Bae
Somewhere along the way, dating apps stopped feeling like dating.
You know the drill. you match. you say hey. they say hey back. maybe it goes somewhere, probably it doesn't. you get ghosted, or you become the ghost, or you both just… let it die in the chat. and somehow this became normal. this became the process.
and matrimonial sites aren't the answer either, not if you don't want your entire personality reduced to your caste and your zip code.
so what do you do when you want something real — when you want to meet someone who actually aligns with your values, your weird little worldview, the way you move through life — but every option available feels like it was built for someone else?
that's the gap we kept falling into. that's why meant2bae exists.
it's intentional dating. slow dating. curated matches, not a chaos scroll. human-led profiling, not an algorithm deciding your worth. no talking stages that live and die in the dms. actual conversations that go somewhere.
we're not interested in building another app that makes loneliness feel more efficient. we're interested in something more than that.
if you've been waiting for something that takes this seriously — here is meant2bae.
(we built this with a lot of heart. we hope it shows.)
