The bravest I’ve ever done is letting people into my heart when I was at my worst. And it was and still is totally worth it. To acknowledge and show your vulnerability is not a sign of weakness, on the contrary it’s a fortitude which can’t ever taken away from you. The more you show your fragility the more invunerable you become. And it’s so much more than just bitching around and wallowing in self-pity.
