Not hearing a response, Andy gets up and walks towards the door, seeing the guy that entered. "Hey, are you okay?"
Startled, Andy nearly jumps at the sudden intrusion. Quickly removing his headphones, he looks at the other and gives him a sheepish smile. "Yes! Sorry, I didn't realize you came in. How may I help you?"
When the light enters his cabin, he looks up towards the door and sees the male enter. Pulling down his headphones, he turns off his music. "Hello? I'm over here, if you need something." Andy says, taking a moment to pause in his contraption.
Andy sat in his cabin, surrounded by all his projects as he works on another one. He found that listening to music while he works helps him focus, so he started listening to a small playlist with a plethora of miscellaneous songs while putting together another project. In his hands is a small dissected toaster and he's hardly paying attention to if someone comes in.
"Oh, I never plan what I make. That's the fun of it." Andy says without much worry. "I mean, focusing on what it should be takes the fun out of what it could be, ya know?" He doesn't really know how to explain the feeling he gets when building his projects. It's more than improvising, it's like his projects want to be more than thought possible.
"I could show you sometime? When it's not the middle of the night or when you're bored. I mean, my cabin is kind of a crowded mess, but I think there's a place to sit. Maybe. I'm sure there's at least a chair?"
"Couldn't sleep. That makes sense, actually. This late at night and being awake normally means that they can't sleep." He says with a grinning a bit, his hands fidgeting a bit at his sides. Either from the cold or from his want to do something with his hands, hes not sure. Likely, though, it's the latter. "Stronger stars. Must be a nocturnal thing. Maybe a repressed memory involving the stars. I'm unsure but they are really pretty. Andy looks up at the stars, noting how particularly bright they are. Bright and shimmery.
At her question, he quickly comes out of his stupor and looks back her. "I don't know what kind of project it was. I had just took a few things apart and connected them to something else. Tonight was a toaster and an alarm clock. Come to think about it, I don't remember where I even got the alarm clock, since I used my last one on a different project. Or was that a laptop?" His eyes begin to lose focus as he rambles off, mentally trying to construct what he did with what piece. Maybe he was using the leftover parts of the deconstructed clock? Or he accidentally took someone else's clock. As for the fire..
"My drill overheated. Or there was a tear in the cord. I'll fix it later."
Emilia stood before the lake, feeling quite comfortable with the cold of nighttime. Not that she would jump in, of course. She knew what lurked under there. Nymphs, to name one of them. The bastards loved to play tricks on the campers. Still, that wasn’t enough to keep Emilia away from the lake, given that nymphs could exist practically anywhere on the camp grounds. Heck, they could live in the trees placed right next to the cabins.
But just because something was ever present, doesn’t mean that Emilia should be reckless. So, she stood still, keeping quite the distance from the lake’s edge, just in case.
Hearing the soft treading against the grass, Emilia wagered a guess that someone had come to accompany them. Or rather, attempt to sneak up on them, given how light those footsteps were. She kept still and listened for any other hint as to what the person was doing. Not that she got much information out of that. Best to just turn around and see who it was.
“Oh. Guess I’m not the only one outside, huh? You also have a bad case of insomnia?”
It's been days since Andy has last set foot outside of his cabin. Or maybe it's been weeks? He's unsure these days, since his sleep schedule alters between not sleeping for a couple of days to being practically comatose for over half of the day. He never worries about it though, but perhaps he should take better care of himself.
Imagine his surprise when one of his projects began to smoke and he opens a window, only to be greeted by a rush of cold air. He could have sworn that it was still summer, yet a camper told him that it was already December. Deciding to, for once, look away from his machines and contraptions, he pulls on a jacket and walks outside, not fully comprehending the fact that it's the middle of the night.
When he finds himself wandering towards the lake, he almost immediately notices a girl standing near the edge of the waters. Maybe it's thanks to constantly working in near darkness is why he's able to see, but that can't be good for his eyes in the long run. When she speaks to him, he blinks for a moment, taking in her words with a furrowed brow then smiles sheepishly at her.
"I suppose I do. I never really thought about it, but it's hard to sleep when there's so much you want to do and make, you know? I'd normally be inside, but I almost set a project on fire and figured I could use a break. What about you? Taking a break from something?"
"We've been running for over 45 minutes. I think we should stop." Andy points out, not sure if his muscles would let him get up again. Still, he accepts the water and downs nearly half of the bottle. "Maybe a break?"
"Alright, we can walk then." Andy stands up and gratefully accepts the canteen and takes a sip before handing it back. "Thank you for that."
Andy's face blossoms red at the proposition and he smiles sheepishly. "Umm, th-that's appreciated, I think?"

"Thanks." Andy catches the towel and wipes the sweat from his face and neck. "Right. I should shower. Are you going to lunch too, or are you going to keep training?"
“I’m done. No more.” Andy says tiredly, sitting and leaning against one of the dummies in the arena. He’s not much of a fighter in either personality or skill, but he does work out and occasionally trains with a few of the classes. Today they were running and he’s beat. “Can I just stay here forever? Or at least until lunch?”

It wasn’t expensive nor fancy, but Rey couldn’t help but to love it. It wasn’t about the object itself, but the simple fact that she saw her in such a beautiful thing and went out of his way to make it work for her. She carefully settled the music jewelbox close to her things so her siblings would know it was hers, before leaving the cabin to search for the sweet boy. Her first stop, obviously was his cabin, peeking inside through the open door “Andy?”
Even though it was close to mid afternoon, Andy, having stayed awake for a couple of days, crashed a few hours ago and is now just waking up and is very groggy. He sits up tiredly after hearing his name and rubs his eyes. "Come in." He yawns, his voice feeling a bit hoarse from speaking while barely awake.
“Tell me your secrets”
"Both?" Andy squeaks, his face getting redder. "I-I-I mean, first it was Reyna and she's just really really pretty and nice to talk to but we haven't really spoken since we made out after the bonfire but I did make her a pretty music box? And then there was Asher and he's really attractive and sweet too and I think really like him and we did hang out and kiss in his cabin but I really have no idea what's happening right now with either of them." He stammers out seemingly in one breath.
“Tell me your secrets”
"Life is going pretty good. I've been getting out of my cabin more and, um, talking to people." Andy says with a blush staining his cheeks. Most of the people that's been helping him open up has been very attractive and friendly towards him so he's still getting used to it.
