Generate infinite color palettes for your designs and share, export or save it in your profile.

Good morning Rome!!!
1,846 Days It’s strange, I’ve been thinking about what to write for a few weeks but now faced with the prospect of typing out my thoughts I’m not sure how to fully express myself. In short, I’ve completely and utterly fallen out of love with tumblr. Not many of you will know this, perhaps even fewer will care, but this website and platform has effected my life in many ways. It connected me with this fascinating girl in Paris which became my first relationship, I’ve made so many friends across the seas I’ve lost count stretching to every timezone, I’ve spoken to countless artists and most of all it’s given me a platform for 7sobm, 7 Shades of Black Magazine, which boasted over 200,000 views within two years and interviewed a host of artists such as Shlohmo and Mount Kimbie. It’s honestly shaped the last five years of my life. That core period between the very first day of university up until now, a postgrad with a steady job and working with fantastic high profiled clients. Something changed though within the first chapter, that initial three year spell and the latter two. Although I was still writing up content and growing our influence, being spotlighted on tumblr’s art tag for which was a dream of mine, a switch went off. Now we’re at a point that I can’t remember when this was last updated yet alone when I last wrote for it, most previous posts were written by two fantastic girls, one in the states while the other in new zealand, of which I’m eternally grateful might I add. As I said though something switch off, I simply started to fade, initially I thought it was fatigue, it made sense after all. Have you tried balancing a magazine while being at university or managing 80 people across the planet and coordinating three magazines while working 60 hours a week. It’s not easy, but while I’ve been thinking about it over the past few weeks it’s become more obvious to me I just stopped caring. The interactions I had before few fantastic, I use to speak to people, know them as individuals, hear about their crazy lives, create this web of interlinking tumblr friends, it was great. It’s what really spurred me on, the human element of this very digital and distant platform because without it the process is sterile, cold and feels almost meaningless. I can write up 3 or 4 posts a day for years on end but then it just feels robotic and passive without all the little things. So where does that leave me and this blog, we’re going to get personal again. I’ll be opening little cravats of my life again both good and bad, I want to get involved with the art community again, help out some random 17 year old kid with raw natural talent and refine them, lets just make this fun again. I’ll start writing up artists reviews as well of course when I’m permitted the time while in the office. Soraan
