90 days discipline challange
The rules :
study daily 4 hrs on work days and 8 - 10 hrs on off day
fixed sleep schedule from 11 pm - 7 am ( 8 full hours in bed )
healthy nourishing diet ( sugar/ dairy/coffee/white stuff free )
fixed skin care and hair care daily / twice weekley masks and intense care
pray 5 times
very limited social media time and stopping all forms of reels and short media content + deactivating my IG
the goals :
passing my upcoming exam which is exactly 90 days from now
improving my physical and mental health that I been ignoring for a long time
balancing my hormones and checking them on lab at the end of this challange
improve skin tone and prepare it for microneedling session in the winter
combating my hormonal hair loss
